Optionally sync non-subscribers to marketing platforms

Some times we want to send important notifications to all our customers, regardless of whether they opted in to receive marketing communications. It would be nice if Moonbase would also sync those customers to the newsletter platforms, in a way that distinguishes them from “normal” subscribers.
