Essential Transactional Emails for Updates and Bugs

I want to be able to send "essential transaction" emails to all customers when a version update is released or when there are bug notifications with workarounds. This is important because currently MailerLite only reaches those who have opted in, but these updates are critical for all users regardless of their marketing preferences.
