Dedicated "Manuals & Documentation" section in user portal

I want a dedicated section for product manuals and documentation in the user account download pages. It's common for users to get manuals from the product download pages in their accounts at sites like Plugin Boutique. Currently, adding a PDF to a release looks out of place next to installers and doesn't have a clear label.
