Bug: Dashboard buttons not working on iOS 18.6.2 Safari

User reports that dashboard buttons (on the page shown when tapping the moon icon) are not working on iOS 18.6.2 Safari. They have no custom theme settings applied. They have already tried clearing Safari cache. This appears to be a bug specific to this iOS version or Safari rendering.
