Add license expiry date to vouchers

When issuing licenses to customers through vouchers, it may be nice to set an expiry date on those licenses. This is particularly relevant for educational vouchers, where students need a limited time access to products. The expiry date could be absolutely set, and we could also consider configuring a relative time from the point of redemption.
